1. The service

Juicy Rally is a platform where organisers prepare and publish regularity or navigation rallies (roadbook, controls, live tracking, results), and where participants enter them and drive them with the app.

Juicy Rally does not organise any rally: each rally is organised under the sole responsibility of its organiser.

2. Account

You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. An account is personal.

We may suspend an account used abusively or against these terms.

3. Organisers

An organiser (a person, an association or a company) applies for access; Juicy Rally approves the request.

The organiser is solely responsible for their rally: permits, insurance, safety, route, compliance with traffic law, price, acceptance of crews, cancellation and refunds.

Entry fees are paid directly into the organiser’s Mollie account. Juicy Rally keeps a commission on each paid entry, at the rate communicated to the organiser.

4. Entry and payment

By entering, you make a contract with the rally’s organiser, not with Juicy Rally. The organiser may accept or decline an entry, depending on the mode they chose.

The price is set by the organiser, including taxes where applicable. Payment goes through Mollie, a licensed payment provider; Mollie confirms the payment to you.

Your entry is confirmed once every crew member has signed the waiver and the fee is paid.

5. Cancellation and refunds

An entry concerns a leisure activity on a set date: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Cancellation and refund conditions are the organiser’s; address any request to them. If a rally is cancelled by its organiser, the organiser refunds the participants.

6. Waiver

Each crew member electronically signs the rally’s waiver, with a code sent by email. The signed text, name, email, date, time and IP address are kept as evidence.

7. App and tracking

During a rally, the app sends the crew’s position to the organiser for tracking, safety and scoring. Outside a rally, your trips and your garage stay private.

8. Liability

Juicy Rally provides tools and does its best to keep them working, without guaranteeing permanent availability. Juicy Rally is not liable for how a rally is run nor for damage occurring during it, within the limits of the law.

9. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to the rights the law gives consumers.
